Pegasus Commission to meet with state officials in Nicosia next week

MEP will visit Cyprus to investigate allegations that Predator software was used to spy on Greek journalists and members of the opposition.
The MEP will also meet with Phileleftheros journalist Fanis Makrides, who has covered the issue extensively, and members of the House of Representatives’ Congressional Committee on Legal Affairs.
The MEP then travels to Greece to meet journalists who reported the surveillance allegations and those who were under surveillance, journalist Thanasis Koukakis, PASOK leader Nikos Androulakis of MEP and MP Christos Spirtzis of SYRIZA.
