Photo exhibition by Uri Weber begins at Ljubljana Castle

Ljubljana – An exhibition by world-renowned photographer Uriweber will take place Thursday night at Ljubljana Castle, featuring photographs of horses, celebrities and cars under the title “Moment”.

“Uri Weber (…) clearly loves his subject. His passion and fascination for giving justice to depictions of celebrities, horses and car races is clear,” the exhibition said. Curator Chloe Beanie writes.

Born in Germany, Weber studied photography in Rome and then moved to London. His work has been featured in some of the world’s most prominent museums, and he is best known for his portraits of celebrities.

Weber’s skill set and artistic skills are comparable to those of photography giants Henri Cartier Bresson and August Thunder, and he said he was an international critic and former photo director of the Voguivanshaw.

Weber became famous when he worked for many well-known magazines such as Vogue, Marie Claire, Elle, and GQ. In his photo book Portraits (2010), he was associated with not only celebrities such as Jeremy Irons, Robbie Williams, Hugh Grant, Kate Moss and Daniel Radcliffe, but also architecture such as Achille Castiglioni and Oscar Niemeyer. I photographed a celebrity in the design.

In 2014, the Duke of Richmond invited him to a photo of champion race driver Stirling Moss. As a result, the award-winning project Goodwood Revival tells the story of the word’s most popular annual motor racing meeting at Duke’s Goodwood Estate in West Sussex. .. ..

Photographer 2018 The Allure of Horses explores the close relationship between horses and humans, capturing the British respect for these animals, from the replacement of Buckingham Palace guards to the performance of Polo.

Today, Weber is exploring new boundaries, unexplored landscapes, striking details, and fascinating hidden beauty, says the Ljubljana Castle website.

The exhibition will be on display until September 4th.
