Rehearsals are underway to celebrate Russia’s Victory Day, which marks the anniversary of Russia’s defeat of the Nazis by the Soviet Union in 1945 and a major military parade on Red Square.

May 9th is one of Russia’s most important holidays, as many Russians are associated with those killed during World War II.

This year’s Victory Day will be one of the hottest parades of the last few years.

That’s because the Kremlin hasn’t yet won a big victory in the two-month war in Ukraine. This war is described as a “special military operation” to demilitarize and “non-nazifi” neighboring countries.

As a result, there is speculation that President Vladimir Putin could declare an official war against Ukraine or order mass militarization.

Take a look at the ongoing rehearsals along the streets of central Moscow.
