Ljubljana – A presidential poll released by private broadcaster POP TV shows lawyer Natasha Pirk Musar and former foreign minister Angelo Galle leading with 28.7% and 25.4% respectively. Marta Cos, a former diplomat running for the ruling Liberal Movement, polled at 11.4%.
POP TV reported on Saturday’s 24ur news program that, among other leading candidates, if the elections take place last Saturday, Kochevey mayor Vladimir Prebilich had 3.3% and gynecologist Sabina Prebilich had a 3.3% stake. Senchar will reportedly get 2.4% and former Foreign Minister Ivo Weigl will get 1.9%.
Almost 17% of respondents were undecided, 3.2% did not vote for any candidate, and 1.2% did not respond.
Considering only those respondents who are very likely to run for president, Logar receives 31% of the vote, followed by Pirc Musar with 30.2% and Kos with 12.6%.
The poll was conducted by polling firm Mediana among 721 people.
