(KRON) — A Pittsburg comfort retailer clerk was arrested for allegedly promoting medication to minors at their job, the Pittsburg Police Division mentioned. PPD discovered a hidden compartment on the retailer that contained illicit merchandise.
Police discovered the medication whereas conducting a compliance verify to make sure the shop wasn’t promoting tobacco to minors, per police.
The clerk bought tobacco to an underage decoy, which led to a search. Police discovered the 8-foot compartment that contained greater than 3,000 flavored vape merchandise and cigar wraps. Photographs beneath present containers stuffed with vape merchandise.
Police continued looking out and located marijuana, mushrooms and Vicodin drugs. PPD mentioned the clerk was promoting this stuff out of the shop.
The clerk was arrested for possession of narcotics with intent to promote. Police didn’t present the placement of the shop.
