Kuwait: The Department of Transportation inspection team, in collaboration with the City of Kuwait, the Ministry of Electricity and Fisheries, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and the Human Power Corporation, campaigned against a vehicle repair shop in Jeribu Arshuyouk and issued 274 citations. According to the Ministry of Interior, 80 of them are transportation-related, two are for recruitment vehicles and one is for stolen vehicles. The municipality has put 12 warning stickers on abandoned vehicles, issued 180 citations to the garage, and removed 14 abandoned vehicles. MEW reduced power to 33 garages and put 12 warning stickers, but PAM arrested three resident offenders.
