(BCN) — Oakland police responding to a report of a automobile collision Wednesday within the 7400 block of MacArthur Boulevard discovered a person affected by a gunshot wound, police stated.
The collision was reported to police at 8:15 p.m. and the person was pronounced lifeless on the scene by medical personnel, police stated Friday.
