SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — An individual was fatally shot close to the Powell Road BART station Tuesday night time, the San Francisco Police Division confirmed.
SFPD responded to the realm of Powell Road and Market Road at about 8:39 p.m. They arrived to discover a male sufferer with a gunshot wound. The sufferer died at an area hospital.
The Powell Road Cable Automobile Union Sq. entrance of the BART station closed as a result of police exercise. Video obtained by KRON4 exhibits a heavy police presence on the station.
