His Highness Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Sabah.
- Born in Kuwait in 1956, he is the son of His Highness Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.
- He graduated from Kuwait University with a bachelor’s degree in commerce and joined the army, rising to the rank of general.
- Previously served as Assistant Secretary for Nationality and Passport Affairs and Assistant Secretary for Education and Training Affairs at the Home Office.
