DALY CITY, Calif. (BCN) — A construction fireplace in Daly Metropolis broken a residence and displaced two residents on Wednesday night time.
On Wednesday at 11:55 p.m., firefighters with the North County Fireplace Authority responded to a construction fireplace at 189 Westdale Ave. in Daly Metropolis. Arriving models discovered heavy smoke and flames coming from a two-story single household residence.
Firefighters had been capable of extinguish the blaze, and the fireplace was contained to the home with no harm to close by buildings.
There have been no occupants discovered contained in the residence, and there have been no accidents reported.

Crews remained on the scene for about two hours to test for fireplace extension and to finish salvage and overhaul operations. The reason for the fireplace stays below investigation.
