Riot Games pays $ 100 million in sexist proceedings

Riot Games, the maker of the popular League of Legends, has agreed to pay $ 100 million to resolve a sexist proceeding.

Riot said in a statement Monday that he would pay $ 80 million to members of the 2018 class proceedings under an agreement between state agencies and several private plaintiffs.

He added that another $ 20 million would be spent on plaintiffs’ attorneys’ fees.

The agreement still requires final approval by the court and is scheduled for trial in the coming months, Riot said.
