San Fernannan Valley burglary suspect tracked to Compton

Police responding to a home invasion in the San Fernando Valley tracked down suspects to a home in Compton, where at least two people were arrested.

The break-in was reported Monday night at a home on Greenleaf Road in Sherman Oaks.

Investigators say the woman was still inside the home when at least two armed suspects entered.

The woman is not believed to have been physically harmed in the incident.

There was no immediate release about what, if anything, was stolen during the break-in.

The black vehicle allegedly involved in the break-in was tracked by officers to a residence on 152nd Street in Compton.

Aerial footage from Sky 5 shows the suspect fleeing the home as police arrive.

At least two people were ultimately taken into custody, but it is unclear if there are any other suspects outstanding.
