San Francisco Police Division launch video of officer’s deadly capturing in Outer Richmond

The San Francisco Police Division launched a video on Friday capturing an officer-involved deadly encounter with a 37-year-old man recognized as Marc Little one who they are saying approached a responding police officer with a knife.
