Saudi Arabia’s squad ready to face Poland in second World Cup match

DOHA — The Saudi Arabia national team completed their preparations to face Poland in the group stage of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 on Friday. Saudi Arabia will face Poland on Saturday at Doha’s Education City Stadium.

The Green Falcons had an intensive training session Friday afternoon at Sealine Resort Stadium under Coach Herve Leonard. Training started with warm-up exercises followed by quadrilateral drills. The team then split into two groups in half the field and he finished the training session with a stretch.

Salman Al-Faraj continued his treatment program with the medical team and Riyad Sharahili performed special exercises in front of a physiotherapist.

Meanwhile, the Saudi team will depart Sealine Resort in the evening for Doha for their match against Poland on Saturday. —SG
