Abu Dhabi Health Service Company (SEHA) has released a visa screening app. This simplifies the resident booking process at SEHA’s Disease Prevention and Screening Center.
Currently only available for personal bookings, the application will be expanded to include businesses at a later stage.
SEHA has twelve disease prevention and screening centers throughout the Emirate to streamline the booking process and reduce latency by launching a smartphone-based booking service.
Residents of Abu Dhabi must visit the center for a medical examination before obtaining or renewing their visa. Previously, clients visited the center on a walk-in basis, but the new app allows residents to choose the time allotted to their clients, ensuring a seamless process.

Dr Omar Al Hashmi, Chief Clinical Affairs Officer of Ambulatory Healthcare Services, said: Our clients continue to be at the heart of everything we do and focus on our mission to provide convenient, secure and accessible visa services throughout Abu Dhabi. “
SEHA Disease Prevention and Screening Centers are located in Abu Dhabi City, Musaffah, Al Shahama, Banyas and Etihad Visa Screening Centers, in addition to Al Ain’s Swayhan, Madinato Zayed, Derma, Shira, Gayati and Al Malfa.
