Senator of Education Appoints Advisory Board for Inclusion –

Berlin’s Education Senator Astrid Sabine Busse has convened an advisory board.

As announced by the Senate Ministry of Education, the composition meeting was held on Tuesday. Its mission is to advise educational administration on the issue of inclusion in schools. The advisory board is chaired by Mario Dove. According to the educational administration, he brings him a lot of experience from the practice of the school as a teacher, principal, school councilor, and from the administration as a former head of a group of professionals on inclusion.

The Inclusion Advisory Council has 23 members

The advisory board has 23 members. Its members include representatives of state committees for persons with disabilities, and state advisory boards for persons with disabilities, academia, labor unions, welfare associations, and school management associations.

In addition, there are representatives of the State School Advisory Board, the State Parents Board, Education Staff, the State Student Board, and the State Youth Welfare Board. “On the topic of inclusion, it’s important to get constructive advice from many people with different abilities, experiences, and perspectives,” said Senator Education. “In doing so, I rely on participation and openness in dealing with each other.”
