“Skye is relieved that after an investigation, it was determined this was simply a misunderstanding,” Jackson's representative said in a statement obtained by People magazine on Friday.
“We are grateful that the prosecutor quickly determined that no charges of any kind should be filed and Skye is eager to put this behind him,” it continued.
