“We are grateful that the prosecutor quickly determined that no charges of any kind should be filed and Skye is eager to put this behind him,” it continued.

Police responded to a call from the theme park after security detained Jackson for allegedly pushing her boyfriend.

Police have examined CCTV footage of the alleged incident.

The sheriff's office confirmed at the time that no weapons were used and there were no identifiable injuries.

The star, who avoided questions from fans about his arrest, was not charged because prosecutors deemed there was insufficient evidence, TMZ reported Saturday.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office told the outlet that the case would not proceed because Jackson has no criminal history.

The alleged victim's boyfriend was not injured and did not cooperate with prosecutors.
