(KRON) — A teenage lady was reported lacking Thursday afternoon, the Oakland Police Division introduced on Twitter. Elsa Estrada-Hernandez, 13, was final seen in Oakland on Wednesday round 4:30 p.m. within the 1600 block of eighty fifth Avenue.
She is 5 toes tall, weighs 120 kilos and has black and purple hair and brown eyes, in accordance with police. Elsa was final sporting black pants and a black and blue hoodie with “Cookies” written on it.
