Telangana State Government issues new guidelines for transfer

Hyderabad: The Telangana Government has issued new guidelines for the relocation of district, zone cadder, and multi-zone executive posts. Transfers and career changes of state officials will be through counseling in accordance with the new local executives determined by the 2018 Executive Order.

Reservations are made within one week and employees must report at their respective offices within three days of booking. The state government has warned of strict measures in the event of a breach of procedure.

Based on the guidelines, employee placement and transfer is managed by a committee of district collectors and district heads of relevant departments. The government oversees counseling, forwarding, and new posts.

Employees who work in the jurisdiction of the same executive as appointed are not currently considered subject to new posts. Employees who are assigned new executives but do not work in the new jurisdiction are eligible for new posts.

If a civil servant previously worked, the Adilabad district currently working in the Mancherial district and assigned to the same district is considered to be in the current post and should be considered a new post. There is none.

On the other hand, if a former Adila Bird district employee is currently working in Nirmal, he is eligible to move to a new district and must report to his new office. According to Telangana Today’s report, we need to create a seniority-based list for employees in each category of new local executive posts. The district head of the relevant department prepares these lists for the posts of district executives and then obtains the approval of the district collector.

All departments are instructed to check each executive’s vacancies before starting the allocation process. Stakeholders are tasked with ensuring that posts are assigned to each category and executive only after considering the functional needs of the local executive or department. In addition, even in remote areas, it is necessary to secure a minimum number of operational staff in offices and functional units.

To ensure transparency of posts and transfers, staff will include members from the Telangana Gazetted Officers Association (TGO), Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers (TNGOs), and other employee associations approved by the state government, respectively. Was ordered to do so.
