Ljubljana – Slovenia’s average monthly salary has decreased substantially over the course of the year. The latest data from the Bureau of Statistics show that gross wages in July were 7% lower than the previous year and net wages were 6% lower. In nominal terms, annual average gross salaries increased by 3.2% to EUR 2,002 and take-home wages increased by 4.3% to EUR 1,304. Compared to June salaries, profits were down 0.3% in nominal terms and 1.3% in real terms. Total public sector revenues nominally increased by 0.5%…
