Thief caught on digital camera nabbing pockets in California grocery retailer

Police in Irvine are looking for a person seen on surveillance cameras allegedly stealing a sufferer’s pockets out of a bag in a procuring cart.  

Footage of the July 29 incident launched by the Irvine Police Division seems to point out the person following the sufferer across the retailer and keeping track of an open bag resting within the cart.
