U.S. Coast Guard airlifts 3-year-old woman from cruise ship

The USA Coast Guard rescued a 3-year-old woman from a shifting cruise ship, about 90 miles off the Santa Barbara coast on Wednesday.

Round 2 p.m., Los Angeles Coast Guard personnel responded to reviews of a younger woman on the Emerald Princess cruise ship who was struggling seizure-like signs and wanted to be evacuated from the ship, in line with a USCG press launch.

A Coast Guard helicopter crew was dispatched from San Diego to airlift the younger woman. When the crews arrived on scene, they hoisted her and her mom and transported them to Harvard UCLA Medical Middle.

The toddler is now in secure situation.
