SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Crews are responding to an underground vault fireplace that led to an explosion, the San Francisco Hearth Division confirmed. The hearth occurred on the 2100 block of Pacific Avenue within the metropolis’s Pacific Heights neighborhood.
