Unilever’s sales soar at high prices, but profits fall

UK consumer goods group Unilever said today that revenues surged in the first half of the year due to higher prices, while net income fell due to higher costs and taxes.
Unilever said in a statement that sales in the first half of 2022 increased 15% year-on-year to € 29.6 billion (RM134.7 billion), but sales declined.
