Until now, in Telangana, patients did not need oxygen or mechanical ventilation.

Hyderabad: A total of 60 coronavirus patients have been admitted to the city’s thoracic and fever hospitals, but no one has ever needed oxygen or mechanical ventilation.

A coronavirus building has been set up at King Cotti Hospital, but no patients have been hospitalized to date. Everyone who tests positive will be given a corona kit and advised on quarantine at home. If other members of the household are found to have symptoms of the coronavirus, they are given medication instead of a test.

According to a prominent doctor at a public hospital, patients are recovering quickly with medications supplied by the Ministry of Health.

At Fever Hospital, 20 patients are being treated, “said Dr. K Shanker, the hospital’s director. “None of these patients are in a serious condition. They are admitted to the hospital because they do not have a quarantine facility at home.”

“Patients with Delta infections suffered from respiratory and pulmonary infections and had to be hospitalized within 3 days of infection, but not with the Omicron variant. Patients are completely within 5 days. I’m recovering, “said Dr. Shanker.

The chest hospital, directed by Mehboob Khan, said patients visiting the hospital would undergo a complete examination. “We found that there was no adverse effect on the patient’s vital organs, which was not the case with the Delta variant, as it affected not only the vital organs, but even the blood. Patients admitted to the hospital No one needed oxygen, they are absolutely healthy, “he informed.

NNagendra, director of Osumania Hospital, has informed that a separate building has been set up in the hospital where a team of 15 doctors has been appointed. “Everyone visiting the hospital will have a rapid antigen test. Anyone who turns positive will be provided with a kit and will be able to go home,” he said.

Doctors and medical teams sighed relief as patients coming to public hospitals did not need oxygen or ventilators in the current coronavirus wave.
