Video captures mob of robbers swarming Nordstrom in Southern California

Video captured a mob of thieves swarming a Nordstrom in Canoga Park as they cleared out the shop throughout a damaging theft on Saturday.

Video captured the chaos as a big group of masked thieves clad in black clothes scrambled across the retailer, grabbing armfuls of designer clothes, purses, equipment and extra.

Los Angeles police acquired stories of the mass theft on the Westfield Topanga mall round 4 p.m.

Police stated wherever between 20-50 suspects are believed to be concerned, though the precise quantity has not been confirmed.

The thieves have been seen violently grabbing no matter merchandise they may carry, with many seen ripping the safety gadgets connected to designer purses and baggage objects. Retailer cabinets and show racks have been destroyed, knocked over and littered throughout the ground together with a ton of dropped merchandise.

At one level, a safety guard who tried to intervene was attacked with a sprig of some kind, police stated. It’s unclear what that individual’s situation is.

The suspects all fled in a number of getaway vehicles earlier than officers might arrive. Visitors have been evacuated from the division retailer as officers cordoned off the scene.

Citizen video later confirmed retailer staff sweeping up damaged glass from the ground clearing the mess and particles strewn throughout the shop.
