He and the 33-year-old runway maven are currently on a visit to her native Portugal, which she has been documenting on Instagram.
On Wednesday, Sarah uploaded several photos of herself and Ray sightseeing in the area with local family and friends.
Ray and Sara were first romantically linked in July 2023 and made their red carpet debut at the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscar Party.
Charming her 8.5 million followers, Sara wrote in the caption of Wednesday's post: “Family and friends home! Thank you @dourocaptain for taking me on a lovely voyage through the bridges of Porto!”

Sara and Ray have kept their relationship private, but the model shared photos of the pair from Vanity Fair's Oscars party in March.
She posted the photo on her Instagram Story, writing: “Last night at @vanityfair [heart-emoji].
Ray is the child of the Oscar-winner's father from his relationship with Rebecca Broussard, who he dated from 1989 to 1994. Jack has six children with five different women.
Ray began his acting career in the mid-2000s, following in his famous father's footsteps.
He starred opposite Jared Leto in the 2018 film The Outsider, and then appeared in the 2020 film Promising Young Woman, again in a low-key role opposite Carey Mulligan.

The month before, Jack was spotted lounging on the balcony of a villa on Beverly Hills' infamous Mulholland Drive – the first time he'd been spotted out and about in nearly two years.
In an April 2023 photo obtained by DailyMail.com at the time, the Shining star appeared with tousled hair.
The sighting came after multiple reports that the star's friends feared he would die alone, just like his former neighbour and fellow screen legend Marlon Brando.
“He's made it clear that his home is his castle, but we're all hoping he'll come out and tell us what's going on or at least reassure us that everything's OK,” an anonymous friend told Radar Online in January.
Ray is one of the few people with whom Nicholson remains in contact.

Shortly after these reports emerged, former Fox News host Bill O'Reilly said on his show “No Spin News” that reports of Nicholson's mental health deteriorating were “nonsense.”
“I visited Jack Nicholson a few months ago and had a long conversation with him, he follows No Spin News very closely and he was asking me all sorts of intelligent questions,” O'Reilly said.
“I've been friends with him for decades. I mean, he's 85 years old, but he's more intellectually agile than the president of the United States,” the former Inside Edition host concluded.
