Aerostar SA of Bacău will debug, maintain and service F16 planes purchased from Norway, Rador Press Agency has announced.
Romania recently purchased 32 F16 fighter jets from Norway. The contract value is €388 million. These are in addition to his 17 fighter planes purchased from Portugal. It should be noted that his two batches of F16 aircraft purchased by Romania from Portugal and Norway, totaling 49, will go into the fifth generation fighters purchased by Romania.
