(KRON) — Crews from the Benicia Public Works Division are at the moment on the scene of a water leak close to Benicia Center College, in line with a tweet from the town. The supply of the leak has been decided as a 4-inch service line, the town mentioned.
Crews on the scene are working to reveal the road and substitute the part that’s leaking. Repairs are estimated to be full by round 6 p.m.
Eastbound visitors on Southampton Highway is closed and being diverted by a parking zone, the town mentioned. The westbound part of the highway stays open.
Visitors management is being offered by the Benicia Police Division and crews from public works.
Irrigation programs have been disrupted at Benicia Center College whereas crews excavate and restore the leak. All college buildings nonetheless have water. Water service to properties within the space has not been affected, in line with the town.
