A march started at Ventura Boulevard and Hayvenhurst and ended with a vigil at Encino Park.
Amongst these mourned was Avi Sassi, a San Fernando Valley resident who was killed when Hamas attacked the Nova music competition.
On Sunday, demonstrators held indicators, Israeli flags and images of these killed or kidnapped. Additionally they chanted slogans reminiscent of “Carry them residence” and sang the Israeli nationwide anthem, Hatikvah.
