The most costly houses bought in Folsom final week

A house in Folsom that sold for $1.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Folsom in the past week.

In total, six residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $1 million. The average price per square foot was $359.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 27 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

1. $750,000, single-family house in the 3400 block of Coyote Brush Drive

   The 2,335 square-foot detached house in the 3400 block of Coyote Brush Drive in Folsom has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in August and the total purchase price was $750,000, $321 per square foot. The house was built in 2019.

2. $760,000, detached house in the 1500 block of Willow Bend Road

   The sale of the single-family residence in the 1500 block of Willow Bend Road, Folsom, has been finalized. The price was $760,000, and the house changed hands in August. The house was built in 1997 and has a living area of 1,992 square feet. The price per square foot was $382.

3. $770,000, single-family residence in the 4700 block of Scenic Vista Court

   A sale has been finalized for the single-family home in the 4700 block of Scenic Vista Court in Folsom. The price was $770,000 and the new owners took over the house in August. The house was built in 2023 and the living area totals 2,150 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $358.

4. $900,000, single-family home in the 200 block of Baurer Circle

   The 2,918 square-foot single-family house in the 200 block of Baurer Circle, Folsom, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in August and the total purchase price was $900,000, $308 per square foot. The house was built in 1989.

5. $1.3 million, single-family house in the 700 block of Glen-mady Way

   The property in the 700 block of Glen-mady Way in Folsom has new owners. The price was $1,345,000. The house was built in 2007 and has a living area of 3,701 square feet. The price per square foot is $363.

6. $1.5 million, detached house in the 100 block of Black Powder Circle

   The property in the 100 block of Black Powder Circle in Folsom has new owners. The price was $1,500,000. The house was built in 1991 and has a living area of 3,648 square feet. The price per square foot is $411.
