(KRON) – A site visitors cease led to an arrest for weapon possession by the American Canyon Police Division.
American Canyon officers initiated a site visitors cease on a black Kia with an expired registration touring southbound on Freeway 29 on Nov. 25 round 9 a.m.
The motive force was recognized as 21-year-old Vallejo resident, Michael Maurice Williams III.
Based on police, Williams consented to a search of his automobile. Police say they discovered an unregistered and loaded AR pistol inside a backpack within the truck.
Williams was arrested and booked in Napa County Division of Corrections for varied weapons prices.
