BROCKTON, Mass. (WPRI) — A fugitive allegedly caught on digicam dragging a Massachusetts State Police trooper together with his automobile in Brockton, Massachusetts Wednesday night has been captured, in line with authorities.
Troopers discovered Derek Lobo, 31, hiding inside a Union Avenue residence Thursday afternoon. He was arrested by the identical trooper he’s accused of dragging the evening earlier than.
