(KRON) — Two avenue racers apparently didn’t discover a Brentwood Police Division officer was straight behind them after they tried to have an unlawful velocity contest.
BPD stated one in all its officers was patrolling alongside Sand Creek Highway when he noticed two vehicles driving at a excessive price of velocity on Monday.
“The officer caught as much as the autos. He received behind them on the intersection of Sand Creek Highway and Fairview Avenue,” the police division wrote.
Each drivers started racing once more as quickly as the sunshine turned inexperienced. The officer hit the gasoline pedal too, and pulled over one racer.
The motive force was arrested on suspicion of initiating a velocity contest and his Dodge Charger was impounded for 30 days.
