Girl pulled into automotive exterior Harmony 7-11, suspect arrested: police

(KRON) — A lady was kidnapped exterior of a Harmony 7-11 on Aug. 19, the Harmony Police Division confirmed to KRON4. A suspect within the kidnapping was arrested the subsequent day.

The incident occurred at about 2 a.m. exterior the 7-11 situated at 2995 Monument Boulevard, close to Oakmead Drive.

Police mentioned the sufferer was standing close to the shop when a person drove as much as her and began speaking to her. Whereas he was at his passenger-side door, he grabbed her and pulled her contained in the automotive, CPD mentioned.

Mendoza-Uribe was charged by the Contra Costa County District Lawyer’s Workplace with kidnapping and assault with the intent to commit rape. He’s being held in county jail on a $1.2 million bond.
