Guadalupe lady’s ex-husband pleads not responsible to her homicide

The ex-husband of a Guadalupe lady whose physique was present in San Ysidro final month has pleaded not responsible to homicide.

German Armando Luna Salazar was arraigned in San Diego County on Wednesday.

He’s accused of killing Leyva Elizabeth Oregel. Her physique was present in a automotive a couple of days after she was reported lacking from Guadalupe in July.

Authorities say Oregel suffered blunt pressure trauma to her higher physique and died of strangulation.

Luna Salazar was arrested Saturday morning by United States Customs and Border personnel on the San Ysidro Level of Entry.

If discovered responsible, he faces a sentence of 25 years to life in jail.
