Over $190K value of stolen merchandise recovered in El Sobrante
(KRON) — Over $190,000 value of stolen retail merchandise was recovered by authorities, based on California Freeway Patrol. A search warrant was served at a house in El Sobrante this week and located the objects, together with roughly $24,000 in money.
In July, investigators have been knowledgeable a few doable unlawful fencing operation. Stolen retail merchandise was allegedly being offered at an El Sobrante residence.
Investigators then had sufficient data to serve a search warrant on the dwelling on Thursday, CHP stated. Officers discovered stolen merchandise (pictured under) from shops together with Goal, Lululemon, CVS, Specific and Victoria’s Secret. All of the objects mixed totaled at over $190,000.
The suspect in connection to this fencing operation was recognized as 52-year-old El Sobrante resident Ngoc Bui Bach. The suspect was booked into Contra Costa County jail on expenses of organized retail crime, grand theft, possession of stolen property and conspiracy to commit a criminal offense.
