Stolen French bulldog discovered; 3 arrested by San Jose PD

(BCN) — Three suspects who allegedly stole a French bulldog from its proprietor at gunpoint three months in the past in San Jose are in custody, police mentioned Monday.

The theft happened about 11 p.m. on June 22 within the 2000 block of Southwest Expressway. The trio allegedly took the sufferer’s property and the canine at gunpoint, fleeing the scene earlier than police arrived.

Surveillance video helped investigators establish and observe down the three suspects and detectives obtained warrants for his or her arrest and to look their properties, police mentioned.

“The sufferer’s French bulldog was additionally recovered unhurt and reunited with the proprietor,” police wrote.  

On Sept. 7, the San Jose Police Division Covert Response Unit arrested Milpitas residents Isaac Ortiz, 21, and Jesse Saavedra, 20, and San Jose resident Alyssa Castro, 19.

They have been booked into the Santa Clara County Predominant Jail on suspicion of armed theft.
