Suspect arrested for alleged hit-and-run fatality of pedestrian in Santa Rosa
(KRON) — A 35-year-old girl has been arrested for allegedly killing an 18-year-old pedestrian throughout a hit-and-run final week in Santa Rosa, in keeping with the California Freeway Patrol.
